After years of an on-again, off-again relationship with yoga, I finally decided to commit, and let me tell you, it was transformative. I know, cue the cliché, because it’s true - yoga has changed my life!
So there I was, proudly declaring myself an “improver” yogi, then, surgery. After over three months of not practicing, I feel like Im starting from scratch. Not to fret, I’m relishing in the journey, letting yoga guide me to new freedoms in both body and mind. But I am eager to gain my strength and flexibility back.

Well, they say you are what you eat, but sometimes a little indulgence is just as important for the soul as a well balanced meal is for the body.
I’ve certainly had my fair share of indulgences, and when I do, you can bet I’ll be sharing them right here. But fear not, as a responsible 30 year old, I’ve also got my go-to health conscious options on standby, here.
